The 3010i maintains the same acoustically ideal rear design as prior models, but is somewhat higher and 25% deeper. Because of the higher load capacity, Q Acoustics has been allowed to get a longer low frequency response from the vented design, allowing the smallest cabinets in the series to feel larger than ever before. As an extra bonus, the increased front-to-back width reduces any cone-generated sound that is bounced off the enclosure’s rear wall and out throughout the nozzle itself.
