In the Q 3050i cabinet, point-to-point (P2PTM) bracing techniques are employed to reduce obtrusive cabinet vibrations for a cleaner sound. HPETM technology reduces sympathetic resonance within the enclosures by equalising air pressure within the 3050i cabinet. The structural strength of the enclosures has been significantly improved by the elimination of standard terminal panel cut-outs and the inclusion of additional weak binding posts. To achieve a wide and even stereo dispersion, a 22mm decoupled High Frequency Driver with a large surround is employed.”
